NÜKEN Directorate is responsible for fulfilling service requests included in TENMAK Service and Transaction Fees schedule within its own capabilities. External suppliers are not used to fulfil services requested by customers.
Customers request a service by approving the service-specific agreement during the application process via e-Government.
For applications made via e-Government, payment is made by settling the accrued charge automatically occurred after the request; and for certain services where this is not possible, payment is made by settling the accrued charge raised by NÜKEN Directorate after the request is received.
NÜKEN Directorate is not responsible for collecting the sample, device or product. The method of sending the sample, device or product and the service duration is explained in the Service Information Document displayed during the application process. Any sample, device or product delivered to NÜKEN Directorate is deemed to have been sent in accordance with the conditions specified in that document.
Unless otherwise stated, NÜKEN Directorate provides services in accordance with standards accepted by national and international organizations and the guides having the status of standards; where these are not available, services are provided in accordance with the technical documentation and user manuals of the device or system manufacturers. If the method requested by the customer is considered unsuitable or not current, the customer will be informed.

1. How can I apply?
Go to https://ehizmet.tenmak.gov.tr/run/TAEK/EDEVLET/giris After signing in using any person’s e-Government password, enter the name of the service you require (Calibration, Reference Irradiation, etc.) in the search bar. You will be directed to the relevant application. Once you complete the steps, your application form will be displayed; the form will be sent as a PDF to the email address you provided, and information will be sent by SMS to your telephone number. After completing the application, you can proceed to the payment stage.
2. What are the service fees?
Service fees inclusive of VAT can be found in the Service and Transaction Fees Schedule section on the TENMAK home page.
3. Where and how can I make payment?
Under this question in the expandable content on the web page, the following statement is provided regarding personal dosimeter applications: the details of the person signing in to e-Government are not important for TENMAK records; It is important to ensure that the details of the person who will use the dosimeter should be entered correctly on the application form.
4. I made an incorrect application. What should I do?
If you notice the error before making payment, you may disregard the application. Applications for which payment is not made are automatically cancelled within 15 days. If payment has been made, a refund request containing the application number, organisation name, IBAN and contact details must be sent to the laboratory to which the application was submitted.

5. How can I send devices or products?
They may be sent by courier to the campus to which the application was made or may be delivered by hand.

6. How long does the service take to complete?
The maximum committed time for completion of the service is 20 days. The period begins on the date the device reaches the laboratory. The duration may vary depending on the characteristics of the device, the volume of applications and the laboratory workload. The average revert time is approximately two weeks.
