The Presidency of NÜKEN is responsible for fulfilling service requests listed in the “TENMAK Service and Transaction Fees” within its own capabilities. External suppliers are not used to fulfil services requested by customers. Customers request a service by approving the service-specific Contract during the application process via e-Government (https://ehizmet.tenmak.gov.tr).
For applications submitted via e-Government, payment is made against the automatic assessment generated after the request; for certain services where this is not possible, payment is made against the assessment issued by the Presidency of NÜKEN after the request is received.
The Presidency of NÜKEN is not responsible for collecting the sample/device/product. Information on how the sample/device/product is to be sent and on the service duration is displayed as a “Service Information Document” for each service during the e-Government application process. Any sample/device/product delivered to the Presidency of NÜKEN is deemed to have been submitted under appropriate conditions and in the manner specified in the “Service Information Document”.
Unless otherwise stated, the Presidency of NÜKEN provides the requested services in accordance with standards accepted by national and international organisations, guidance documents having the status of standards, or, where these are unavailable, the technical documentation and operating manuals supplied by the device/system manufacturers. If the method requested by the customer is considered unsuitable or out of date, the customer is informed.
