The Presidency of NÜKEN is responsible for fulfilling service requests listed in the “TENMAK Service and Transaction Fees” published on the TENMAK website, within its own capabilities. Service fees are set annually for each year. The Presidency of NÜKEN does not enter into contracts with institutions and organisations acting as customers. For applications submitted via e-Government (https://ehizmet.tenmak.gov.tr), payment is made against the automatic assessment generated after the request. Before installation and maintenance of the RİS system, the customer is responsible for providing the physical infrastructure requirements, the details of which will be communicated to the customer (detector protective housing, cable ducts, etc.).
Drawing on the experience and knowledge accumulated over time at our Nuclear Electronics Production Unit on the Istanbul Campus, radiation measurement and monitoring devices of various sizes and specifications are developed in line with current technology and at a level capable of competing with comparable products worldwide (Portable Radiation Dose Rate and Dose Meters, Radiation Area Monitors, Fixed Radiation Meters and Personal Electronic Dosimeters). The devices developed are manufactured and made available for use by universities, hospitals and industrial organisations carrying out radiation-related work throughout the country, as well as units of the Turkish Armed Forces and the General Directorate of Civil Defence. Maintenance and repair support is also provided to the Turkish Armed Forces, Civil Defence, universities, hospitals and other public and private organisations using nuclear electronic devices throughout Türkiye.
